It's been another busy day at the farm! We're thinking good thoughts for our friend, Cole, who had a tonsillectomy today! We hope you're feeling better soon, Cole!

Infants: The babies had fun dancing and singing with Janie in the morning. Porter and Addie are getting stronger each day with lots of tummy time to strengthen their neck muscles! Emma Grace enjoyed working on a wood shape puzzle and Gage practiced walking in his new shoes outside!

Toddlers: The toddlers were busy with Ellen today! They enjoyed some free play out in the play yard and a nice farm walk to visit the animals. Along the way, they stopped for some "flower finds", during circle time they practiced rolling a ball to each other and walked across the balance beam with assistance.

Twos: The twos class had fun making puppets with Christin and Jeanne today using paper bags, feathers, ribbon and crayons. They danced the Hokey Pokey and sang their ABCs and 123s. A relaxing farm walk to visit the animals and a stop in the front to watch the road construction rounded out their morning. During the their morning nature walk, the children collected sticks and leaves.

PreK: The PreK completed farm chores this morning, including mixing and soaking Queso's, special food mix. The story of The Jack Rabbit and the Squirrel was read, nature notebooks were made, practiced sorting silverware, played name game and "Squirrel Kitchen" [pretend play], weaved ribbon and enjoyed playing soccer outside with Sarah [Wacy's mom] in the afternoon.
