Ocean Week (Week 7/19)

Lots of fun was had by all during "Ocean Week" last week!

Monday
AM: bananas
Lunch: oven-fried fish, organic brown rice with organic peas
PM: organic carrot and celery sticks, homemade ranch dip

Tuesday
AM: cantaloupe
Lunch: homemade pizza (organic tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, nitrite/nitrate free pepperoni, homemade crust), applesauce
PM: homemade hummus, tortilla chips

Wednesday
AM: organic strawberries, blueberries, homemade ice cream!
Lunch: black bean tostadas with cheese, salad (organic romaine, avocadoes, pesticide-free tomatoes, homemade lemon/olive oil vinaigrette)
PM: veggie chips, cheese cubes

Thursday
AM: organic oatmeal with organic raisins
Lunch: homemade sloppy Joes (grass fed beef, lentils) on bun, organic broccoli
PM: organic granola bars, banana smoothies

Friday
AM: organic yogurt, dry organic cereal
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread (organic flour), organic baby carrots
PM: sun chips, apple slices

Lunch: black bean and cheese tostadas; organic Romaine salad with homemade lemon/olive oil vinaigrette
PM: snack mix: peanuts, organic cereal, organic raisins

Tuesday
AM: organic apples
Lunch: brown rice pasta with organic marinara, grass fed beef, and Parmesan; roasted organic carrots
PM: organic vanilla yogurt with organic berries and bananas

Wednesday
AM: cantaloupe
Lunch: broccoli quiche (yard eggs, organic broccoli, cheese), homemade bread and butter
PM: pretzels with cheese cubes

Thursday
AM: fruit salad: organic apples, clementine organges, cantaloupe
Lunch: pinto beans and organic brown rice, organic mixed vegetables
PM: homemade guacamole, tortilla chips

Friday
AM: oraganic granola bars
Lunch: tuna salad in pita pockets, fresh pineapple
PM: whole wheat bagels and organic cream cheese
