Tuesday, September 9

Community: modeling beeswax while listening to Matt's Oh say can you say Di-no-saur?, counting 1-20, numbers in Spanish, nursery rhyme review, a few yoga poses to put our feet and hands side by side on the floor to count to 20



Fine Motor: working with our pretend tools, modeling beeswax, Legos, drawing with beeswax crayons

Outside: playdough and cookie cutters, observing the rabbits, looking for squash and cucumbers on the vine, playing with small cars/moving dirt with them, wagon rides


Cooking: Spencer, Jordan, and Beckett made lemon-poppyseed muffins for breakfast; set the table; served friends; filled water bottles


Pretend: playing train on the stairs, taking care of baby dolls, dressing up and fighting evil, using the play ironing board as a grill and grilling bean bag "hamburgers"


Breakfast: lemon-poppy seed muffin, turkey bacon, banana, organic milk

Lunch: homemade chicken noodle soup, watermelon, cucumber slices, saltine crackers, organic milk

Snack: craisins, sesame sticks, water

REMINDER: Open house at our new school location this Saturday, 9/13 from 10-12. Open house Saturday 9/20 from 9:30-12 with a Cowgirl Sue concert at 10:30--children's activities! Friends and family are welcome.
