Weekly Menu, 4/18-4/21/11

Monday
AM:  bananas
Lunch:  pasta with salmon and vegetables in garlic cream sauce (wild salmon, organic veggies)
PM:  organic cream cheese on wheat crackers

Tuesday
AM:  berry smoothie (mixed berries, organic vanilla yogurt)
Lunch:  grass fed beef meatloaf, roasted organic carrots, organic brown rice
PM:  pretzels, dip

Wednesday
AM:  cantaloupe, dry organic cereal
Lunch:  homemade chicken noodle soup, worm (shaped) breadsticks, string cheese
PM:  air popped popcorn, organic apple slices

Thursday
AM:  cinnamon toast, orange slices
Lunch:  black bean and cheese tostadas, tossed salad w/homemade vinaigrette
PM:  ants on a log (organic celery, organic peanut butter, organic raisins)


Friday:  NO SCHOOL!
