Monday AM: organic apples slices, cheese cubes
Lunch: taco salad (grass fed beef, organic Romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, organic tortilla chips) PM: trifle: vanilla pudding, berries, yellow cake

Tuesday AM: oats/honey granola bar
Lunch: cheese lasagna, organic broccoli
PM: PB/Jelly sandwich (organic strawberry jam, organic peanut butter, multigrain bread)

Wednesday AM: clementine oranges, homemade corn muffin
Lunch: vegetable beef soup (organic pasta, grass fed beef, organic mixed veggies) PM: smoked wild salmon salad w/ crackers

Thursday AM: organic animal crackers, organic raisins
Lunch layered black bean enchiladas, roasted organic carrots
PM: organic hummus, pita chips

Friday AM: organic Zbars
Lunch: egg salad (organic eggs), gluten-free rice crackers, cherry tomatoes
PM: craisins, peanuts
