Weekly Menu, 6/6/11-6/10/11

Monday
AM: organic vanilla yogurt w/ granola
Lunch: grilled cheddar cheese sandwich on wheat bread, organic spinach salad w/ organic strawberries and homemade balsamic vinaigrette
PM: snack mix (dried fruit, mixed nuts, Goldfish crackers)

Tuesday
AM: organic apple slices, dry cereal
Lunch: taco salad (pinto beans, corn chips, cheese, organic lettuce, tomatoes)
PM: homemade peach cobbler (oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, peaches)

Wednesday
AM: cantaloupe
Lunch: organic pasta w/ parsley walnut pesto, homemade bread w/ organic butter
PM: veggie tray (homemade ranch dip w/ organic celery, organic carrots and organic cucumber)

Thursday
AM: pineapple
Lunch: egg noodles w/ olive oil, tuna and organic peas
PM: colby cheese cubes, pretzels

Friday
AM: peanut butter smoothie (organic vanilla yogurt, organic peanut butter, bananas)
Lunch: veggie roll-ups (shredded carrot and cucumber , herbed organic cream cheese on local flour tortillas), guacamole
PM: graham crackers, organic raisins
