Weekly Menu, 5/9-5/13/11

Monday
AM:  granola bars
Lunch:  salmon salad, crackers, organic applesauce
PM:  cucumber rounds, organic carrot sticks, homemade ranch dip

Tuesday
AM:  coconut macaroons, bananas
Lunch:  beef and black bean chili (grass fed local beef), cornbread
PM:  yogurt (Greek yogurt and organic yogurt) and blueberries

Wednesday
AM:  dry organic cereal, organic raisins
Lunch:  frittata:  eggs, red potatoes, onion, organic broccoli, homemade bread w/ organic butter
PM:  lemon/rosemary kettle chips, organic apple slices

Thursday
AM:  rice crackers w/ strawberry jam
Lunch:  "King Ranch" rice casserole (brown rice, pastured local chicken, homemade cream of mushroom soup, red pepper, green chiles), organic spinach w/homemade vinagrette
PM:  Goldfish crackers, peanuts, a few! chocolate chips

Friday
AM;  warm bagels w/ organic butter
Lunch:  bean nachos, buttered corn
PM;  Andrea's snack mix! (made w/ kitchen treasures)
