Weekly Menu, 5/31-6/3/11

Tuesday
AM:  fruit smoothie:  organic orange juice, raspberries, bananas, organic animal crackers
Lunch:  chilled pasta salad w/ lemon ginger seasame vinaigrette (organic pasta, organic vinaigrette, cucumber), black beans
PM:  peanuts and Goldfish crackers

Wednesday
AM:  oatmeal w/ cinnamon and organic milk
Lunch:  grass fed beef meatloaf, buttered organic mixed vegetables, homemade organic bread
PM:  pita chips and organic hummus

Thursday
AM:  corn muffin
Lunch:  bean and cheese tostados (pinto beans, corn tortillas, shredded cheese), organic applesauce
PM:  dry oat cereal w/ dried fruit and nuts

Friday
AM:  cheddar cheese, organic apple slices
Lunch:  chicken broccoli stirfry (organic chicken thighs, organic broccoli, soy sauce), steamed rice
PM:  orgnaic corn tortilla chips, salsa
