Weekly Menu, 8/22-8/26/11

Monday
AM:  peanut butter banana smoothies
Lunch:  egg salad, rice crackers, organic baby carrots
PM:  trail mix (granola, craisins, nuts, sunflower seeds)

Tuesday
AM:  French toast
Lunch:  cheese tortellini w/ spinach and garlic butter
PM:  kid- made Friendship bread

Wednesday
AM:  organic apples
Lunch:  homemade tomato soup, kid-made bread sticks, cheddar cheese cubes
PM:  white bean tip, tortilla chips

Thursday
AM:  Greek yogurt w/ honey and granola
Lunch:  pinto beans, brown rice, spinach salad w/ homemade vinaigrette
PM:  organic carrots, organic celery, homemade ranch dip

Friday
AM:  oatmeal w/ dried fruit
Lunch:  taco salad:  local grass fed beef, black beans, organic lettuce, shredded carrots, tortilla strips, salsa)
PM:  haystacks:  chow mein noodles, peanut butter, chocolate
