Weekly Menu, 8/1-8/5/11

MondayAM:  organic strawberries and cranberry granola w/ organic milk
Lunch:  homemade gluten free macaroni and cheese, organic broccoli
PM:  snack mix:  banana chips, sunflower seeds, organic raisins

Tuesday
AM:    organic cinnamon crunch cereal (dry)
Lunch:  Asian chicken salad (pastured chicken, mayo, green onion, mandarin oranges, chow mein noodles)
PM:  Goldfish crackres, string cheese

Wednesday
AM:  mango smoothie (mangos, organic vanilla yogurt)
Lunch:  black beans, organic brown rice, organic spring mix salad greens w/ balsamic vinaigrette
PM:  homemade watermelon sorbet, corn tortilla chips

Thursday
AM:  Schumann's Bakehaus Powerhaus cookies
Lunch:  Greek quiona salad (organic quinoa, tomatoes, parsley, lemon juice, feta cheese, garlic, olive oil), turkey meatballs
PM:  corn chips, bean dip (pintos)

Friday
AM:  wholegrain cinnamon toast
Lunch:  pigs in a blanket (turkey hot dogs, crescent rolls), baked beans
PM:  no-bake peanut butter oatmeal cookie balls
