PM Snack: cantaloupe, organic graham crackers

Tuesday

Lunch: organic chicken with organic veggies and organic brown rice
PM Snack: rice cakes with organic hummus

Wednesday
AM Snack: organic apples
Lunch: organic pasta with kidney beans and organic marinara sauce, homemade organic bread with organic butter
PM Snack: string cheese with crackers

Thursday
AM Snack: organic waffles with almond butter and organic strawberry jam
Lunch: organic macaroni and cheese with organic broccoli
PM Snack: pretzels with deli turkey (nitrate/nitrite free)

Friday
AM Snack: fresh pineapple
Lunch: tuna salad with crackers, apple wedges
