Monday
AM: organic steel cut oatmeal w/ organic brown sugar and cinnamon
Lunch: pasta with lentils and marinara (gluten-free pasta, organic marinara)
PM: organic celery and carrots w/ homemade ranch dip, veggie chips

Tuesday
AM: bananas
Lunch: pigs in a blanket (grass-fed organic hot dogs), organic broccoli
PM: homemade "Chex" mix (gluten-free cereal, peanuts, sunflower seeds)

Wednesday
AM: organic oranges, organic rice cakes
Lunch: homemade organic vegetable soup, homemade bread with butter
PM: cheese cubes, pretzels

Thursday
AM: peanut butter/banana smoothie (organic almond milk, organic PB)
Lunch: chicken and dumplings (organic celery, organic carrots)
PM: pumpkin bread

Friday
AM: organic cereal, organic milk
Lunch: peanut butter/honey sandwiches (organic PB, organic bread), organic apple slices
PM: bagels w/ organic cream cheese
