School Announcements:
The road construction on Crystal Falls Parkway (to widen the road) will cause some traffic rerouting, but certainly will not completely close down the road from late April until December! Expect some delays over the next few months!
Infant Room: Everyone enjoyed a breath of fresh air with Caprice outside this morning. Gage is working on crawling, Ali is pulling up, Emma Grace loves to see her friend Orion from next door! Alex is taking steps with a big smile on his face.
Toddler Room: Everyone enjoyed lots of fresh air and a gentle breeze today. This afternoon, the class will be painting.
Twos Room: The Twos Room has spent the week identifying items by color and sorting by color. Yesterday, the class painted with apples--some beautiful artwork is on display in the classroom. The class enjoyed a walk outside to see the animals this morning.
PreK: This morning we spent an extra amount of time outside. We did animal chores with Reagan and helped Leslie plant in the garden. Today we planted onion sets, bush beans, pole beans, yellow squash, zucchini, and cantaloupe. We have some great looking cucumber and tomato plants in the greenhouse! Lucy has been enjoying rolling in the mud hole we make for her each afternoon. She does a dance and scoots through the mud in sheer delight! This week we have enjoyed a story about earthworms and potato bugs, and this afternoon, we will make an earthworm habitat with live crawlers!
